The Food Club | 15th Year Anniversary Dinner

Another year of being together meant another year to celebrate and be thankful that we are still happily together. It is not like every day we are not doing that but the 10th of November is our special day and we always try to make it extra special by spending this time talking more, remembering our good old days and more more loving, yeah! hehehe! ♥♥♥

This year, we decided a-not-too-fancy way of celebrating our day. We opted to have a stroll in the park before and after our luscious dinner at the Food Club.

How did we decide upon it? Dada came across a coupon via Ensogo that will entail us for a dinner buffet for only Php 1,058. Regular rate at the Food Club is at Php 799 / dinner per person, so it means we got it for a discounted rate, total discount of Php 500 – not bad for a dinner buffet.

It was both our first time, reason why we got a little excited. As usual, we try to manage our expectations especially that we do not have the slightest idea of their selection. We just told ourselves that in case we do not enjoy the food we could at least enjoy the drinks, yes it comes with unlimited drinks too.

Food Club is located at Bldg E of Blue Bay Walk. The best thing about its location is the park behind it. It was clean and kind-a quiet too. You can enjoy the serene feeling with the cool-air breeze. I am really hoping that it will be well maintained since it is serving its purpose of having a good place to have kids play around and adults to do their sit-and-talk kind of thing.

About the food, we were actually happy about it. Not much choice but everything tasted good. We had hefty with the shrimps and with the sashimi. They even have San Mig light included on their drinks selection, which is kind-a nice since I do not drink draft, hehehe.





Now about the ambiance, it was elegant. I love the purple couch on the elevated area. Makes you feel like a king and a queen. LOL! We also loved the seclusion making it feel like we are having our own private area. The superior chandelier added to the classy vibe of the place and most importantly, it did not seemed too cramped even with the other diners. Unlike the usual buffet scene where it seemed like everyone and everything is just all over, Food Club has a wide space for diners and for the food display.

Overall, we just loved it, however if you will be paying for the regular rate then might as well choose Dad’s that offers wider variety of food selections. I mean for what we paid for I think it was already a great deal. 😃
